International Shipping Policy

All our products are made to order and handcrafted after an order is placed. Production takes approximately 5 business days, after which orders are processed for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days due to international customs, carrier delays, or other logistics factors beyond our control.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of dispatch, you are eligible for store credit as compensation. Please reach out to our support team regarding this.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the above production and shipping timelines.

Indian Shipping Policy

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Method :
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days. (Monday – Friday) using Delhivery, BlueDart, and Xpressbes Inclusive delivery time is 5– 6 Business days.

Shipping Status :

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that time frame.

We may ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

Order changes :

Once your order has been confirmed, it is modified or canceled. If you’d wish to return a product, you’ve outlined the returns procedure once you’ve received the item.

Item not received :

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. you'd wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us.
