Refund policy

At The Livinwise, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we deliver. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we’re here to help—clearly, fairly, and with care.


🌿 Returns

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos (4–5) and a short video showing the issue

Returns for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted, as each item is handcrafted in limited batches.


đź›  Replacements for Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, we’ll send a free replacement right away — no lengthy verification required. Simply email us at info@thelivinwise.com with your order ID, photos, and video.

If you’re unhappy with the product quality, let us know — we’ll gladly offer you our premium variant (worth $59) as a replacement, or process a full refund if you prefer.


❌ Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order — or before shipping, whichever comes first. After that, we begin preparing your handcrafted item and are unable to cancel.


đź’ł Refunds

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified once the return is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is at the customer’s expense
  • Shipping fees and any expedited services are non-refundable
  • Refunds are not provided for items returned without original packaging

Unsolicited returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
